Pharmacy......over and above any other. During lockdowns, service was excellent..Any prescription hiccups, tablets out of stock (not their fault) rectified asap. Cannot praise staff enough., this applies also to staff throughout the store.

Got great help and advice from Nurse Gill regarding travel vaccinations. No overselling, just honesty about what I needed. Strongly recommended.
Amazing service from the Pharmacy department in this branch of Superdrug. As always, the one person who stands out for fantastic customer service in the pharmacy is Nikki. Been getting our repeat prescriptions from here for years now ... the main reason being the outstanding service from this young lady. Nothing's too much ... just faultless! Whilst I cannot speak of the cosmetic side of things, it's always a pleasant experience at the pharmacy. The store is always well presented and we'll frequented. The pharmacy is usually well stocked, and prescriptions are readily fulfilled. I always call ahead, to check if the prescription has arrived, and the staff are always very pleasant both on the phone and in person.
I felt compelled to express my sincere admiration for the Pharmacy departments outstanding efforts and great customer service. A nurse there called Lynne (I believe) really went above and beyond in trying to answer my query. Despite superdrug being unable to offer the mandatory vaccination I needed for work, Lynne contacted me later in the day explaining where this was available. ā Your efforts were much appreciated, thank-you very much :) ā ā
My fave thing about coming here is the Ladies who do the brows. Been coming here for the last few years to get my brows threaded and tinted, they do an amazing job, so talented at what they do.Have tried other places but this place in my opinion cant be beaten. Very friendly and affordable.
