   I thought the superdrug on High Street was closed due the work being carried out in front of it but thankfully it's still OPEN! Great service today from Caroline (the lovely lady with the blue hair). She helped me find a suitable facial sun cream for my sensitive skin and recommended some foot moisturising products. She also helped me set up a superdrug reward card. Brilliant customer service. Caroline is definitely a great asset for superdrug and deserves recognition for her friendly, polite and helpful manner

   Popped into Superdrug Pharmacy in regards to a rash I suddenly developed and was ever so pleased with how the staff in particular the pharmacist (Zakier) handled my query and the advice he gave. Thankyou for making me feel so comfortable and saving me a trip to the walkin centre. Its remarkable to see youngsters so passionate about their roles. Highly recommend and will be using them again

   I think one of the smaller stores, but always clean and well stocked with the usual competitive prices, Pharmacy good and efficient plus fairly fast . Pleasant and helpful staff.

   Pharmacy is abysmal to say the least. Went to pick up my pills for my migraines, got told they weren't there and to go back to my doctors to ask where it is, despite the prescription being posted the previous week and had plenty of time to be sent and ready to pick up. Walked all the way back to the doctors to be told that they were sent and should definitely be there by now. The receptionist at the doctors surgery then phoned Superdrug pharmacy to be told that the prescription is indeed there and ready, it's just that the dispenser never bothered to show up for work so there was nobody in to hand the prescription over and they we're told to lie to customers "because it's easier". Went home and had a migraine attack that evening that has since lasted 48hrs. Had I had my pills, it would have maybe lasted 30-60 minutes and left no lingering effects after that fact. Cheers. Heavens know how people have managed without if they needed medication to keep them alive and functioning just because someone felt they deserved a day off. Disgusting.

   I will never use these again, The pharmacist was so rude. I visited the Rotherham branch on 10/11/21 at around 4pm ,with a emergency prescription from my dentist for antibiotics. I stood there quietly waited to be seen, and the pharmacist just looked over and said " no too busy go else where" I felt too ill, and upset to say anything so I just walked out a Superdrug shop assistant did ask me what was wrong as I was walking out , so I told her , she said she was sorry and said try Boots. Which I did Boots were happy to fill my prescription and were appalled by my Superdrug experience

   Rubbish !.card only payments.not a problem.but till they want you too use has no signage.so you have too leave the tills near the door struggle with three shopping bags back to the top of the store past large baskets blocking the isle.still no sign saying cash only. Assistant on duty at pharmacy wants lessons in manners.only open as it is using a loop hole.hope after carona is done and dusted it shuts for good.
