   Twice I have visited this store, both times for over the counter medicines. No one on checkout so join the queue for prescriptions, which is then wrong queue. I ask if there is anyone on the counter only to be told pharmacist is on her own. Turns out that wasn't true as eventually another member of staff comes from behind to serve. Will go to Tesco next time. Sort it out Boots, standards are far too low for a company of your standing.

   Shocking customer service little Asian girl came shouting at me.. I left the store and left products on the counter .. go to Tesco as found it for half the price

   Rude young lady on the medicine counter,who rolled her eyes at my request for pain relief.Then refused to sell me product based on her own mistake.She then changed her mind,so I said its ok I'll go elsewhere.Confusing and a little embarrassing.

   The byoma skin care range is ALWAYS empty, I repurchase a lot of the range regularly but whenever I go into this store the shelf is bare. The store is never staffed well enough to easily find somebody to ask. When I eventually get somebody’s attention they have the products just not put on the shelves. I’d understand if this was an occasional thing but it’s not it’s every time! it’s incredibly frustrating. Won’t be bothering anymore!

   Boots in the Carlton centre is a smaller version of the one in town. It has all the basics of a boots store and the pharmacy. Alot less stock than the larger store obviously but they have the basics. No make up counters etc but they do have the makeup stands with some of the different brands. They have a photo printer which is really simple to use and is very quick also. They also have the usual food/drink snack fridges just on a smaller scale. The staff are welcoming and always willing to help if they can.

   Very good range of products. Main till area is efficient and friendly. The prescription section usually has a queue with some waiting required, but I've yet to see a UK pharmacist that doesn't.

   Something small but worth mentioning, served by Becky who knew exactly about the product I was enquiring about! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. And later served by Lib who guided me to earth exactly which section I needed! I really struggle with pharmacies but Becky and lib really helped!!

   The worst run Boots I've ever been in. Checkout staff always pretty clueless and they never seem to get any support if there is a queue. Today there were at least 8 customers waiting around for Click and Collect parcels to be brought to them - the young lady who was dealing with them seemed very under-trained.

   I was very grateful to find this pharmacy open when all of the other business in the city was shut after one of my family were in need of a prescription taking care of. Parking is free and plentiful, the staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you for your help.
