Very very rude the staff are always talking on there headphones about what they doing instead of treating customers in a polite manner been in a few times and they are not nice staff
Has a good range of stock and good offers on various products. However I find some of the staff to be cold and mechanical, having an unfriendly tone of voice. I asked is they stocked a certain product, I got a blunt no and they carried on talking into a headset. I’ve only been served by one staff member who really sold herself and was friendly, the rest are off putting.
Came in store today 4th July 2024. Was looking at eyebrow pencils. One of the older staff with glasses on made me feel like I was stealing stuff she came straight up to me in my face n asked what am I looking for. Thought that was obvious!! I nearly said stuff your shop. I ought to have. The times I use Superdrug ridiculous. Not being made to feel like a thief. Not using anymore. Better staff elsewhere
DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE A TEENAGER!!! Staff are rude and ignorant towards teenagers. Me and multiple people have had bad experiences here. Worker’s refuse teenagers help and will follow you around the store and if you don’t buy anything, they will accuse you of theft. It is an unpleasant place. Please go to the boots next door instead where the staff are always so lovely and polite.

Always has what I go on for and there's always plenty bargains and offers if I want to look around and make other purchases, the staff are always friendly and helpful and they were on this occasion too.
