   I wanted to try some new products for my wedding nails. I spoke to the staff for them to point me in the right direction and they couldn’t be more helpful! Can’t wait to try the products but I’m sure I’ll be ordering again soon!

   I paid £14 for a chrome pot that's not even a quarter full. The customer service told me it's based on the weight of the glitter. Please stay away from this company. Spend your money else where. I will never order from this place again. I feel robbed.

   Poor customer service. No contact. Nobody picks up calls, not replying on IG either. Poor website construction. Wanted to collaborate and purchase items- can’t because it says I haven’t been approved? An international educator approved, by who? They don’t want to do business then no. I went to Indigo Nails (international Polish brand)and Fox nails (international Ukrainian brand) instead. At least someone is answering and providing great service and good collaboration agreements. I will Highly recommend those if you’re a nail tech and nail instructor. Magpie only looked good because one IG nail tech presented it and that’s it. No business with these guys is possible. I hope you see this.

   Very poor customer service. I ordered next day delivery and paid over £5 for this, it took 4 working days to arrive and the customer service refused to do anything about it. Their website states it's next day but it's not, and there's no other delivery options. Supporting small is great but bigger companies have better customer service and would have raised this with the delivery company and refunded the delivery charge considering they haven't provided the service they've charged for. I tried to resolve via email but they refused to help. They've also removed posts from their Facebook group from people who have had problems with their products.

   Magpie Beauty is the best brand I have ever used for any form of nail product. It’s basically a one stop shop for any nail needs! Their gel polish range is like no other I have used in my 9 years of being a Beauty Therapist/Nail Tech. All my clients get 3/4 weeks wear. Their customer service is amazing, so caring & fast!    Magpie Beauty products are by far the best in the industry. I would not use anything else. Their products are of excellent high quality, cruelty free and 5 free - perfect!!
