   Went to store recently with family to do a big Christmas shop. Greeted by smiling faces and warm welcomes throughout the store. Shelves were very full and tidy, offering plenty of choice for us. Staff were very helpful when we had questions, particularly on the fragrance counter where we were offered samples, advice, and a product we wanted was retrieved from the backshop when it wasn't initial in the cabinets. Particularly shout out to Ruby and Nicola who ran £600 worth of goods through the tills without batting an eyelid for us. The packing whilst they ran it through was a model of efficiency. Can't speak highly enough of the service received there. Made what can normally be a stressful experience much, much easier. Some of the company's bigger stores could certainly learn a few lessons in customer service from the team at Cortonwood. Keep up the outstanding work

   Have removed all the staffed tills, now just a row of self service tills. Put my stuff down and went across to superdrug, got everything I needed and was served by a lovely friendly member of staff. Won't be using boots again, will definitely be going to superdrug in future.

They was a lovely lady called Suzie who served me on the tills she was very knowledgeable about offers, willing to go the extra mile and happy Thank you for a great experience will defo be returning for my holiday shopping soon! !

   Medication ordered Tuesday, went to collect Friday pm, one item that is readily available out of stock but not ordered. Chatting to pharmacy assistant and said that not ordering medication is putting my health at risk. She said I wasn’t in.she became extremely rude and said she is regularly shouted at by people. I said I had not raised my voice, sworn or gesticulated so how did she see this differently she again said in the earshot of a tutting colleague that I had shouted at her. I spoke to manager who stated I had up set the assistant. What about me being humiliated because the assistant was having a bad day. I suggested she look and listen to cctv footage. The manager herself was passively aggressive, no support for customers there. Complained to head office, will await response

   Great shop, I managed to find everything I looked at online, in store. I would recommend this greatly. They have a small section of baby cloths, as well as the baby food isles, they also have all stick out for Christmas gifts.

   Easy to park. Boots is surrounded by lots of other shops, a supermarket and a number of fast food restaurants in the retail park. Boots wasn't busy. I found what I wanted straight away, the isles are well signed. I love Boots 3 for 2 offers. I also have a Boots Card to collect point which I save all year to purchase Christmas presents. This store has a good makeup and perfume selection. 22.1.22 ..visited today with my 12 year old grandson for his Covid jab. Excellent efficient and friendly service. Thankyou
