   Described on their website as pack of 12, when I placed the order the confirmation email contains no product information so I can't use this email against them later. Only half of what I ordered arrived with an altered receipt that says only paid for 6. Really sneaky scammers! They respond to people's bad feedback with the standard apologies but in reality they don't respond to any enquiries. No phone calls, no emails. Shameless. Don't waste your time and money.

   Ordered 6 kgs flour on Sept 20th 2024. No Confirmation. Waited a week, before requesting an update. Find the order has been cancelled by them, because they were out of stock, without any communication to me by email or phone. Terrible customer service. Do not use!

   Do not order from this company. They sold me a product that was not as advertised (£94 worth) on 16/9/22. It took them to 28/10/22 to collect the incorrect items and I am still awaiting a refund. I have raised a Visa dispute with my credit card provider and am awaiting it's outcome as I have no faith that Vitslife will refund me. Their customer service is terrible- no phone number and slow email response. Avoid at all costs.
