A lovely young lady called Bailey couldn't have been more helpful today in Corton Wood store, her customer service was outstanding. She could see that I had mobility issues and she helpfully carried my basket and served me. Bailey was pleasant and I really appreciated the help.

The staff are unhelpful and can't be bothered. They do not know their products or where to find them in the store. Me and my granddaughter were 'eyed' the whole time we were in there choosing makeup. I think they thought we were shop lifters. It made us feel very uncomfortable.

Staff are incredibly rude in this store, I went to pick up a parcel from the perfume counter that I'd ordered online and the girl just threw it across the counter at me and started talking to another colleague before finishing with me

Came over from Boots after looking for perfume and no member of staff helping! Libby on the perfume counter was extremely helpful, friendly and was able to offer lots of suggestions based on my budget and preferences. Came away with two perfumes Iām really happy with. Thanks!

Excellent service from Eyebrow Bar, Friday 06/05/22 @ approx 12.30 am. The young lady who did my brows was lovely, polite, efficient and gave me the best eyebrow wax I have had recently. Please pass on my comments, will definitely use again.
