Bought a Nintendo switch it had a fault wouldn’t read cartridge games.. took it back and the staff couldn’t have helped anymore if they tried. Jamie C the guy who helped me was spot on tried fixing the problem, but it wouldn’t fix so then he really helped me with a good deal so I wasn’t out of pocket. 5 stars customer service and friendly always my fav tech shop in Doncaster
Excellent customer service!!! came in with my son who's a very nervous character, the assistant Toni put him really at ease and helped us through each stage, we left having sold a few items to fund him some new bluetooth earbuds he was extremely happy with, will definately be returning

The best pawn shop in Doncaster, the staff are really more like a family and over the years they have made the effort to get to know the people of Doncaster. I have watched them go above and beyond numerous times for myself and others, helping when people need it most. They point people towards food banks and other help when they themselves can't help, yeah great people the lot of them. Highly recommended.
I bought a PC from here about two months ago and the customer service was outstanding, I was served by a guy called Jamie and he made sure everything was sorted out, he also made sure that I got the best price possible. 5/5 stars will definitely be coming back.
Great shop compared to other similar shops in doncaster. The staff are polite, friendly and happy to answer any questions even when they seem busy. I was surprised at the prices they are more than reasonable, we bought our daughter a lovely ring for a lot less than expected and the lovely lady with black hair included a ring box as it was a gift. Amazing customer service if only all shops were like this. Thank you & Merry Christmas.
