   This is the best florist in Retford. I use them regularly, gorgeous fresh, vibrant flowers. Recently the flowers they did for my Dads funeral were gorgeous. So much so that when we were collecting them another lady in the shop saw them and ordered the same. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication.

   I am deeply disappointed and saddened by the recent decline in valued customer care. This is the second time I have called this shop only to be hit with obstacles. My mum always uses this company as well as many family members (always had good service in the past) what's changed? They say they don't deliver to a destination 12 miles away so the information on their website is very misleading. They state that they deliver nationally and internationally. They seem to have a lack of customer care and can-do attitude. The lady who answers the telephone is very abrupt. It takes a long time to build a successful business and I know from personal experience that it isn't easy. We will not be using this flower shop again. I have ticked 1 star as you cant leave a review if you don't.
