   I ordered a door-hanging Christmas wreath a week ago for collection today. From the beginning, communication was quite difficult when trying to explain the design I wanted, even though I felt I had described it clearly. I specifically requested a velvet bow. The day before collection, I called to ask if the colour of the bow could be changed from red to purple. The person I spoke to said the message would be passed on. When I arrived to collect the wreath, the style was completely different from what I had described. There was no velvet bow at all, and the bow was red rather than purple, so my request clearly hadn’t been communicated. I was disappointed, but I accepted the wreath as it had already been made. When I went to pay by card, I was then told it was cash only. I didn’t have cash with me, and after explaining this, they reluctantly accepted a card payment. Overall, the communication throughout the process was very poor, and this really needs to be improved for customers.

   The owner of the shop Minnie did my bouquet and bridesmaid bouquet and buttonholes for my wedding, she did an excellent job and made my day beautiful, she is quite creative and knows what to put together for to make a special bouquet, the price was reasonable too. I will be recommending her to family and friends thank you Millie x

   Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday and our anniversary on 24th to be delivered same day had confirmation flowers would be with me on 24th . Nothing arrived called several times no answer . Luckily pd on credit card so they have refunded me order with care

   This florist produced the most beautiful bouquets for my daughter's wedding. She put together 5 bouquets for flower girls and a larger bouquet for my daughter. All bouquets had a fantastic selection of flowers but picked up beautifully with the sunflower theme my daughter had chosen. The bouquets looked natural, vibrant and fresh. They were the most beautiful bouquets I have seen.The price was very reasonable.
