   Absolutely useless. Two parcels arrived addressed to my wife yesterday. One contained flowers but did not have any indication from whom it was sent. The other, with the same address label contained cheese, scones, jam etc had a card sending it to someone with a different name from some names of which we had never heard. Phone calls so far have not sorted it out and no replies to messages left on answerphone. I recommend using a different firm for your presents.

   I received something from Prestige Gifting addressed to someone else. Not prepared to pay to send it back. For an online business their order fulfilment system doesn’t work.

   I have had a wrong delivery, trying to contact this company for a week. Zero response. From the experience I have had trying to return something, incorrectly delivered to me, I would not give this company the time of day let alone an order for a gift to be sent!

   Gift from a friend, absolutely love it! All delivered in a box; miniature, living Xmas tree with lined, velvet 'pot', a bag of compost, moss, miniature baubles, wooden decorations and even battery operated fairy lights (batteries included). Such a lovely surprise gift, especially if you love to 'do' something a bit creative. Only problem is I can't find a catalogue online as I would definitely send one to my mum.

   Give this firm a firm miss if getting flowers for Mother's Day ! My other half received s bunch of flowers on Tuesday by first class post as a thank you. I thought they were imitation as some were brown at the edges then ! Friday now, it's funny how exactly ½ are still reasonable, the other ½ fit for the bin ! Seems like Flower Line have found a good way( for them !) to use up dying flowers ! It's not like you want to tell the person who bought them for you in good faith they're rubbish is it ?

   My Mum received some flowers yesterday and I have never seen such a sorry looking bouquet in all my life, the flowers were either limp or dead, today I chucked them in the bin. I am too embarrassed to tell the friend who sent them what they were like, these were a gift to cheer her up after a long stay in hospital.
