Not only do I buy flowers from Mick's florists very reasonable priced.Over the years they have made me lovely funeral arangements for my parents. About a month ago they yet made another 3 for for my mother in-law they was beautiful ,and they even delivered to Conisbro.One was a bingo card brilliant, everyone said how different it was ,2nd one large oasis beautiful,we could pick all the coloured flowers we wanted.3rd one was MUM, absolutely lovely thankyou.
My nan order a bouquet for my cousins funeral to sit on the coffin 3 weeks in advance. Come to the day of the funeral and the directors looked around the whole building and nothing had been delivered. My nan then went to the shop to question this and was been lied to by the owners. Caught them selves out lieing on numerous occasions. Didnt even know what was ordered. Then said they dont deliver at crematorium even though they was given the delivery address when the order was given. My nan asked for a refund due to not receiving the order and they refused to do this. Horrible customer service.
