When ever I buy my partner flowers I always get them from Sarah's, they are so well presented, fresh and I get them delivered to her at work to surprise her. The communication is great and I always get a picture on email of what they look like and then on delivery. Thousand percent 5* rating
Someone kindly sent a sympathy bouquet to us from this florist. I wouldn't usually review if I hadn't used myself but thought I must as it is so stunning ♥️..the arrangement is full of the most beautiful and unique blooms and smells divine. Can’t thank Sarah and her team enough, including the doggies! From the minute we entered and discussed our wedding flower plans to the minute we exited and they were delivered on our wedding morning. Everything was perfect. They make you feel part of the family and go above and beyond to make you happy with everything you request. Our flowers were exactly how we wanted them, I could go on forever explaining how happy we were! I ordered my wedding flowers from Sarah’s and I can not begin to say how absolutely perfect they were. We had 8 bridesmaid bouquets which were each perfectly done and absolutely massive! My bouquet was everything I had pictured and even more. We also had some flower wands done for my flower girls and these were just adorable. The women who work there have been incredible with us, so patient with all of our changes we requested. The prices were so so reasonable, I can’t recommend them enough!! We also added on 5 disco ball floral arrangements the week of the wedding and these were done incredibly as well. We had 2 separate drop off for the morning and it was perfect. Ordered flowers online. An easy and straightforward experience. Flowers were delivered on time and the recipient was very happy with the flowers. I ordered flowers for my mums funeral. I asked to try to make flowers similar to her wedding flowers. The shop did an amazing job. I was so pleased with the sheaf delivered.
Bouquet sent for my birthday at the weekend was brought today (Tuesday) by a neighbour, having been left on her doorstep while she was at work today. Delivery envelope has my correct address, and is clearly marked for delivery on Saturday. Flowers are in reasonable condition, considering they've been standing on a doorstep all day and (presumably) in a delivery van since Saturday.
Had an exceptional service from this florist from the order process right through to the delivery. They were very accommodating to my special requests and delivered my items accurately and on time. I chose to send a large option of 'Bliss" a stunning basket arrangement and I received a call from the recipient, who was actually overwhelmed by the size and beauty of it.
