Had some flowers for my mum for mother's day,ordered over phone and collected same day. Karen was very pleasant over the phone and such a warm person to meet when I fetched the flowers which were beautiful. Had time to chat even though she was very busy. Would recommend.

Wonderful from beginning to end. Karen helped us to create the perfect bouquet and delivered it the next day to a family member. I was not sure of the house number to deliver it to but Karen was able to recognise the house from a picture I sent to her by using her local knowledge of the area.
