I approached Paul to help me with how I was feeling and talk through some difficult experiences in the past. The initial free consultation which he offered was very useful in explaining the process to me and giving the opportunity to highlight some of the issues in my life and how future sessions could help. I attended a series of further sessions which I found very helpful, understanding and supportive. Paul clearly is very knowledgeable about psychotherapy and seems to be very well read on different theories and can use a variety of approaches. The sessions were able to go at my pace and I was able to talk in confidence and comfortably about any issue or difficult experience. Paul always recalled what we had discussed from one session to another and often provided further written information which he sent me in between sessions. I have benefitted greatly from Paul’s involvement and support. I would recommend his service very highly to anyone else.
