A few months back I reached out to Sarah as I was struggling post the death of my mum. I had been struggling for a couple of years with sleeping, weight gain and generalised anxiety. Sarah instantly put me at ease and Sarah was able to work with me to resolve many issues that had been impacting my quality of life. After a few sessions my sleep health was significantly improved and I am now consistently getting 8 hours a night. This is amazing as my sleep depravation was becoming intolerable and I was resorting to prescribed medication. A few months on and I am still practicing what Sarah imparted. We then started discussing my issues with food. It is such a refreshing approach that doesn’t shame. It was about my psychological relationship with food. Again after a few sessions my relationship with food is a healthy one and I am feeling the benefits of wanting to make better choices for me which is resulting in weight loss. I can’t thank Sarah enough. She is professional, personable and instantly made me feel at ease.
