Throughout my life I've had a couple of therapists. The first two I felt so little connection with that it almost made me think that therapy doesn't work. Then I met Chloe. Chloe creates the perfect environment for us to talk, I can talk to her about anything without the fear of judgement. Not only do I feel like she understands me, but also I feel like she has taught me how to understand why I am the way I am, and why others around me are the way they are - which I have found helps rationalise things a lot. I know myself so much better, I am understanding my feelings more and am able to look deeper into myself. Talking to Chloe has helped answer a lot of questions that I have caused me pain and self doubt since I was in my teens. I have changed and developed so much, my mental health has improved and I am much for certain of myself and confident in knowing and expressing my needs. I have so many tools to combat life which has improved my overall wellbeing hugely. I can have deeper conversations with people, my friends have noticed a change in me and have even said I give them good advice (which I must have learnt from Chloe!)
