   Back in April; I had my first ear piercings as a birthday gift and went great, but the problem is that I got two lobes looking uneven where right seems lower than the left ear. I tried to visit the service today and they said that they would fix it, but the staff told me that I was gonna get a new piercing not redoing a hole on my left and they would charge me £20 for a new one. All I wanted was a simple fix, not charging crazy money for my left lobe cause I didn’t wait for 6 weeks to come back and then telling me that would do it for free but changed their minds to a paid re-piercing. That feels so unfortunate and I would not recommend going there for the first time.

   Been in today for a memorial tattoo doing using my Father's ashes. From start to finish they have gone above and beyond. Very knowledgeable staff and very friendly.    I've had several piercings from here by both piercers. Very professional and helpful at choosing the jewellery (as I'm very indecisive!) People may be put off by paying separately for piercing fee and jewellery but there is some lovely Qualiti jewellery to choose from that is worth the money! Wouldn't go anywhere else now! I was recommended to visit by several people and it hasn't disappointed ❤️

   The tattoo design is amazing. However, after 2 weeks of having the tattoo done it started fading and scabbing off. Looked after the tattoo very well, followed the aftercare card that was given upon leaving. Messaged and asked if they was anything that they could do however did not get a reply back. After speaking to another tattooist they’ve said it hasn’t gone deep enough into my skin.

   I cannot recommend Taatoo enough. I needed a coverup on upper arm. Went to speak to them and had great advice. Found what I wanted, and it was reworked and resized to fit what I wanted. Made very welcome on the day of the coverup. They checked and rechecked it was right before starting. Loads of cups of tea, and bickies. Vape breaks for me. Polite, courteous, and more over I felt my body art was in very safe hands. The Tattoo is amazing and healed brilliantly. Thank you, Andy, and all the staff at Taatoo for your amazing job.

   Went here for my little girls ears pierced just over a week ago. She is only 6 (nearly 7) and the staff are so good and reassuring she wasn't nervous at the time at all. They pierced both ears at the same time using needle and can honestly say they have been fantastic, hardly any blood or 'crusties' only on the first night sleeping on them and since then have been clean. I'm still keeping up on the routine cleaning that they advised but so much cleaner than when I had mine done by the gun! She said it didn't hurt when they did it and hasn't had any pain or discomfort since. Highly recommend, thank you!
