   I had a very disappointing experience with Evlo Chester. They confirmed my loan was approved, asked me to come today to collect it, and even took all my required documents. But when I arrived, they suddenly said they couldn’t provide the loan. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. If they had no intention of giving the loan, they should not have approved it or asked me to bring in documents. Very frustrating and misleading process.”

   Initially helpful went through all checks for affordability was promised everything would go through 100% fine. After phoning for 2 days to find out where the loan was, got told that it was turned down despite being guaranteed everything was fine and going through.

   Stay away from these people no consideration when you have difficulty paying loan as read on another review glad to know im not alone with these people very unprofessional when speaking to you treating you like a child wouldn't recommend them at all

   I have had a loan from these and would advise to stay away. They hound you for payments even when you have advised you have difficulties in keeping up the agreed payments. The staff's attitude is another level. The show no compassion towards you when you explain you can not pay and will still repeatedly argue that you are doing the wrong thing *AVOID**
