   I have to say that the level of service from Wayne and the team at Financial Fortress is outstanding. We have more work to do together, but my initial impression is extremely favourable. I am in the process of reviewing and optimising my pension options (which are complicated). Wayne has personally taken on the task of consolidating and organising. We have been presented with some obstacles from existing providers and he is working through those expertly. I would also add that this was not the case with other financial institutions which I have dealt with in the past. Wayne and the team have distinguished themselves. Our initial meeting was perfect. He clearly laid out the services and fee structure (which I have to say not all do). He has followed up at every stage and has helped enormously even at this initial stage. I see that this is certainly going to work for me. The fee structure is also tiered which is fantastic (and again I reiterate, clear and fair). Both the service and expertise levels are a point of difference, and we are very happy to begin our journey with this company. I would highly recommend Financial Fortress to anyone looking to simplify and optimise their personal financial management.

   Just spent a very informative 90 MINS with Wayne Musker of Financial Fortress regarding my impending retirement. I am always weary of such institutions when dealing with my finances,and go into these situations with the view that they are only out for their own gain.    I was recommended Malcom from Financial Fortress by a friend and I can understand exactly why they were so pleased. Mortgages are not something I enjoy dealing with and Malcom completely took the pain out of it. He looked for the best deal for me, dealt with all the form filling. He was available to answer questions any time. He explained the jargon and was patient when I had other things to deal with. I will definitely be keeping his number for next time I need to remortgage.
