    Poor customer service! Getting the loan itself was good and easy. But once I found my circumstances had changed and I had to enter a DMP, the customer care service was absolutely shocking! Every other company I had to deal with were understandable and really helpful. Toot Loans still took the money paid from my DMP and were also taking the money from my account which they refused to stop. When speaking to them via email, they are unhelpful and rude!

    Terrible company who declined me even though I could easily afford the loan. Never did a search on my credit report so declined me without even checking properly. Iā€™m not convinced this company is even genuine so please be aware and I would advise to look elsewhere.

    It was a nightmare to get anything sorted with this company. On ClearScore it said I was 100% pre approved yet when I tried to do application it said I was declined? The application form was not easy to do. Poor experience
