   They charged me £1495 to be paid into their account immediately back in July 2024 for my mortgage, and on the same day, the advisor of Empire Global has asked me to pay him separately into his account £1500 so he can organise and prepare all paperwork for my application. Since they received payments, not a single thing they have done, and it's almost a year, which forced me to sort out my mortgages with another company, I am still chasing the refund of my payment, but struggling to get responses from them. Please avoid Empire Global Finance at all costs; they just take the money upfront and disappear.

   I cannot thank the team at Global Empire enough for the outstanding work they carried out to secure a commercial mortgage for me. The process was filled with obstacles, problems and delays by other parties (never Empire) Pete Williams was an absolute star, he sorted everything out, even when it all seemed that it was impossible to achieve, he made it all happen in the end.
