This branch is awful when it comes to customer service, I have a loan with the Stoke branch who are excellent I’ve been off sick with post natal depression I spoke to a lady to arrange a plan due to a decrease when I was off sick in wages. I called them to make the payment and spoke to a lady named Anna I believe, I have never spoke to someone so rude she literally slagged me off whilst I was still on the phone she obviously didn’t realise I was still on the line poor poor poor from the company!! God forbid you ever have to be sick!!
