Been tattooed by Rae twice now and I can't recommend her enough! What a talent, I'm in love with the two pieces she's done for me and can't wait to go back for more. Such a lovely welcoming studio, everyone there is super nice.
Between my partner and I, we have been tattooed by Rae, Jakob and Josh. They're incredibly artists that make you feel very at ease and comfortable (even with the more painful areas). Whether you're after nature, more traditional or even a happy toad with a toadstool hat tattoo, this is the place to go! The studio is great, in an amazing location and the vibes are always fun. They also get in great guest artists regularly, so make sure you follow them on social media to keep an eye out! Thanks guys!
Been tattooed by Josh a couple of times now and it's always a great experience. The studio is very welcoming and there's a nice vibe making you feel very at ease. All the artists are clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about their craft. One of the few studios I've been to more than once, and plan to go to again in future.
Always gone to Jakob but love the whole team. Always feel so welcome, studio is always warm with reasonable pricing and awesome service on Instagram and other social networking. Can’t wait to start my sleeve next year after getting various bits on my leg this year. Cheers guys ☺️☺️
I've had two other tattoos done by Rae (who is fantastic - so personable, great at communicating prior to the appointment & amazingly skilled) but this was my first time coming to Big Smile. The studio has a really friendly, non-intimidating, and relaxed atmosphere and is impeccably clean. I felt super comfortable throughout my visit and wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend to a friend. Thanks Rae & Big Smile!
Ive had tattoos from Rae and Josh here and its always such a great atmosphere. Always make you feel welcome and relaxed. Different but highly skilled artists with loads of flash and designs to choose from as well as bespoke stuff. Worth mentioning that I've been in with my Mrs before and they were so respectful and made her feel safe so thats a massive plus. Great guys, great studio.
Never felt more comfortable getting a tattoo. Jakob was extremely professional and friendly which made the entire experience easy, and I felt safe. Jakob worked with me closely to give me the design I wanted and placement to suit my body best. All the artists are super talented and welcoming. The best tattooing experience and I'll 10000% be returning for more. Couldn't recommend enough!
Great place! Atmosphere is so friendly, welcoming and the team made me feel at ease with my first tattoo. Great communication right from the beginning of choosing a design and throughout. Regularly have the privilege of being tattooed by Rae at Big Smile, currently working on my second sleeve. Her work is always a stunning piece of art which I constantly receive compliments for. The studio is clean and artists are professional, aftercare is always a high priority and clear instructions given. Won't be going anywhere else for future pieces.
