    THE worst company to deal with. They block any balance transfer away from them and keep you paying an extortionate interest rate. Their customer service representatives are untrained and do not have a clue what they are doing and when you try and call them, you are first redirected to an online chat before you can even begin your speak with a human advisor anyway. As a whole, the company are useless. STAY AWAY. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

    No response when applied online 48 hours ago, but then get a how did we do to rate them, unsure what to rate them on in this case. Update* got a response from them, so now can give a rating on the application process, very easy to use and self explanatory. Awaiting card so will give a more detailed review once I have the card. Not had to call customer care at all so far, so I always take that as a good sign.
