Communication has been outstanding. Chris has always been available by phone and email, and replies have been impressively fast. He even let us know in advance when he had days off for training so we were never left wondering about delays. On the few occasions he wasn’t available, Erin stepped in seamlessly and kept everything moving forward — also very helpful and professional. Chris was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, courteous and friendly and we were so impressed with his customer service skills.    An amazing team at WMC and we would recommend to anyone! Will our Broker Advisor was instrumental in the whole process and explained everything, which was so important as first time buyers!
