They were able to get the a debt that we were actively chasing for over 6 months, paid in what seemed like a very smooth and easy process. They kept us up to date with their efforts. Very impressed and would highly recommend. If we have a need to recover debt in the future we would use again we would without hesitation.

   Unfortunately we sometimes cross paths with customers who think that payment is optional... But thanks to Daniels Silverman and more specifically; Thank you to Marvin, It takes the stress out of recovering debts from slippery clients. I've used Daniels Silverman numerous times now and they've always been incredibly helpful, accommodating and tenacious when chasing outstanding payments! Hopefully we don't have any more debts to recover in the near future; But If we do Daniels Silverman will be our first choice for debt recovery.

   'No win no fee' couldn't be further from the truth. Countless hidden costs along the way, with a final fee for not being able to retrieve the debt. We are in a worse position than before we started. Avoid this company.

   Beware this is not a legitimate company. Fraud is a serious offence and I urge everyone to be very careful when contacting them or being contacted by them. Always ask for solid proof of the alleged debt. Do not pay a single penny until they do so.

   If I didn’t know better I would believe this company to be spammers. Money paid up front, no results- asked me to pay more which I foolishly did- still no results. They couldn’t find the person who owed our business money but I traced them and gave DS the details- still no result. Complaints made but no response I will never use this company again!!!

   Keep emailing me looking for a Stuart Ford when clearly my name is Matt Corrick. Don’t phone you back and when you do speak to there dribbling staff and tell them they tell you they won’t bother you and then send you legal letters and final demands. Staff with the IQ levels of a fish. Told them quite clearly if I get one more letter regarding someone who is not me I will be seeking legal advice against them for harassment!

   Doesn't deserve any star if I want to be honest, when the agent calls he just paint it as it's paradise and after that there is just excuses over excuses and asking for invoices, after giving them proof of invoices and none payment they ask for bank statement, giving them bank statement we had a message they need a company statement which each company has her own work rules and we work with invoices and not with statement and after that received an email saying they can't do nothing..... What a shame of taking people money and not being able to resolve problems.... I think you should look at your profile company once again and teach your agents to give the right information and not bluffing with nice words and after you are not capable to do anything. Anyway... it's a mistake from me to have trusting yous but hopefully who will ready my review will be careful and not contracting you.
