   We came in getting Lewey's nails done. Let's say he put up quite the struggle . Thank you to patient lady who had all the time in the world for him . We didn't feel rushed and she got the job done so well. We didn't get your name ,we didn't get your name which we apologise for . This lady is such a credit to pets at home ,thank you for all your advise ,patience and above all genuine knowledge. Thank you Lewey nails appointment, pets at home wigan .    I think it was a school day out , too many kids screaming and shouting at the animals . Grabbed what I needed and got out fast. Couldn't be bothered to shop as it was too loud

   Absolutely disgusted just took my puppy for his claws clipped when I got there they refused to put him on a grooming table and told me to just hold him while they tried to clip them on the floor my puppy was so traumatized we had to stop after one paw and it still cost me 10 quid even though I'm going to have to take him to someone who actually knows what they are doing pure unprofessionalism don't take you puppy there if you don't want them to be permanently scared by the experience would have put 0 stars if I could have

   I really don’t think this place should be selling animals to the general public. As a pet shop for buying your bedding, collars etc yes, but not live animals, cramped in cages, kids tapping on the glass all the time just seems wrong in this day and age. Animals are not toys.

   Easy to navigate shop. If I can’t find something, I ask the staff and they happily assist. Plus, who doesn’t want to look at the little animals!

   This is a very good place to buy pet food/equipment. It is dog friendly. My only real issue would be the prices, they are very high I think. The stores could perhaps sell a better variety of pets as well ie reptiles. The staff are lovely and seem well trained.

   Very short on cat litter today no wooden one at all and a couple of other items were also out of stock, the staff were very pleasant and helpful as always. My granddaughter loves looking at the animals and fish, there were no dogs getting groomed today which she likes to watch when we visit.

   Very helpful staff at this branch and also very well stocked clean and tidy store. I had lost my receipt but they processed my refund or exchange without any fuss. One reason I will return to this store over and over again when I need pet related products for my dog cat chickens and also wild birds hedgehogs etc

   Really spruced up the store. Staff are very approachable. The guy that served me was a total gent and absolute gem. Some of the range seems to have reduced during the rejig. But click and collect sorts that out.
