   Westbrook Vets is literally a revelation, in an era when alot of local practices seem to have been swallowed up by large franchised companies. Westbrook offered the personal support and care package I needed to fast track me and my Shitzu Lulu through treatment after a painful and frustrating month long wait at my previous surgery. I was offered the next available appointment with a full same day package to ensure scans, xrays and surgery were conducted asap. The attention to detail of pet and owner well being was second to none and regular updates throughout the day made the worrying process more bearable. Was it worth a 70 mile round trip, absolutely and yes the handwritten get well card found in the meds pack when we got home did make me shed a tear. Thank you to all Westbrook staff !

   Well having pondered for months on whether to have our 13 month old Labrador Amber spayed or left intact, we decided after having a very informative consultation with the guys at Westbrook Vets to go ahead with the procedure. The day arrived and off went to the Vets worried sick about Amber having the operation done but we needn’t have worried the staff were brilliant with her and us the whole time she was there they took great care of her making sure she was safe and well cared for I would have no hesitation in recommending the team at Westbrook Vets to anyone who needed help with their pets. Thank you for looking after Amber.

   Great experience. Was our dogs first appointment with Westbrook and I am looking forward to continuing using them. Was so easy to get an appointment that was convenient, the vet plan is a good price. Was also in a great location for us.. I particularly like the fact that the practise has its own vets, it fills me with a bit more confidence knowing that I will be dealing with the same resident vets every time we visit. Unfortunately our previous vets could/would not employ their own vets but relied on locum vets - some we liked and some we didn’t but we never knew who we were going to see.

   We had our first visit yesterday. 10 November 2022. Reception staff very welcoming and professional. The surgery reception room is warm and welcoming. The vet Rhys was excellent. Very professional and kind and very gentle with our cats. Took time to explain and communicate with us and also gave good advice. Plus the consultantion and meds cost less than I thought it would so excellent.

   Registered with Westbrook Vets as soon as I could and took one of our dogs and cat yesterday. Fabulous service and the vet explained everything and was lovely with my pets. Amber even let her look in her sore ears which is a first! Pricing is very reasonable too. Reception staff were also lovely and very helpful. Very convenient for us too.
