Excellent to get free standard delivery on an already very competitively priced multi-buy of Excel Hedgerow Pellets for our rabbit! I paid £21.49 for 6 kgs, which works out at £5.38 per 1.5kg pack, which would be £6.99 with our local supplier! I withhold one star, as I still have to see how quickly the order will be dispatched - I hope it gets here by Saturday, which would be breaking all records for speed as well!!
I bought this item for my one year old cockapoo hoping that it lived up to it's advertising hype. No such luck, the attached pictures show the damage done after just 15 minutes of play. I'm sure there are laws against making dishonest claims that convince people to buy products. What a waste of money!!!
I was recommended these from another dog lover, I did use green lipped muscle, but wanted to add the glucosamine to my dogs diet too as I had read this was good. I am so pleased with the results, my Frenchie is running better and seems more agile since our first 120. They are big but so easy to crush with the back of a spoon, and then easy to hide in her food. I am just signing up for the subscription, as they’re even cheaper, and I will continue giving her these daily from now on.
My first purchase from this company and I ordered a 500ml bottle of Harkers Ridmite. I paid extra for Amazon Shipping to get it sooner, and it has just been delivered... Sadly the item had leaked significantly in transit, saturating the flimsy envelope and plastic packaging the bottle was wrapped in. **Edit - The company has fully refunded me the cost of the order by way of an apology and taken on board my feedback relating to packaging. Thank you.
I was looking for worming tablets for my three dogs & found some on eBay but needed to ask a question about them. I didn't want to wait for an answer so rang the number on the sellers information. A very friendly young man took my call & said he would check for an answer to my question. Within minutes he was back & told me what I waited to know but also suggested I try searching their website in case the prices were cheaper. Yes they were so I bought the tablets direct. I couldn't believe how quickly they arrived. I'm very happy with this company & will go to their website first from now on. Many thanks & keep up the good work.
5 stars. If I could give 6 I would as Black Cat went above and beyond in getting a comfy cone for us on a next day service, just in time for our beloved dogs operation. Saves him wearing one of those awful plastic ones you get from the vets.

This page lists that they are professionals and provide a service second to none. Well I would beg to differ. Firstly they sold an item via Amazon without actually holding stock on that item. (this has now been reported to Amazon) Secondly when I asked what was happening they didn't actually answer my question only said my item was on target for delivery, it took me a second message to actually ask them to answer my question, then this is when they admitted they had sold an item that they didn't hold stock of, when they admitted this they advised they would rectify the matter. Thirdly not only did they not rectify the matter they now come back and tell me they cant ship to my location (even though they 100% knew the delivery location before hand) After this experience would I recommend this company, in all honesty NO I couldn't, ONE issue you could put down to bad luck but the comedy of errors shown by this company, have shown them to be unprofessional, uncaring and unwilling to do the right thing even when it is quite clear that they messed up, they seem to think that making the customer wait an extended amount of time then just blowing them off is acceptable. buyer beware.
