   Absolute jobsworths- went in to collect my regular prescription for anxiety as I was travelling in 2 days time, and whilst the pharmacy had 'closed' at 3pm (i arrived at 3.20), the pharmacist behind the counter said I couldn't have my medication as it was closed- as their not open on sundays, she said ring 111. Why when my medication is in the drawer behind you?

   This Store is dead .. the staff just look at you standing by a counter be it the pharmacy or the large unstaffed counter . The store is half empty I don’t know if they plan to close it down even the security guard in there is no more . The customer service is shocking unless your standing directly in front of the three staff working and two are the pharmacists your not going to get any assistance . I have decided to buy boots online and click and collect and will pick up whilst the store remains in the mons strand Bootle . Either invest and make the store a pleasant place to shop, out in more staff a lot more happier and self service tills or put it out of its misery .

   No staff!!. Due to staff shortage only pharmacy had staff. They were serving everyone.

   Excellent boots branch, clean very friendly staff. The pharmacy staff are all very friendly I also like that if you can't find something the staff don't just say it's down aisle whatever they come from behind the counter and take you to where you need to be. Would recommend this store. A+++++

   Small store, ok for offers. Not enough choice though prefer Clayton Square. Staff are unhelpful, and some are very unprofessional. when I downloaded offers onto my boots advantage card they never went through with my purchase, I was told I would have to go to Liverpool store to sort the issue. This store needs to install self service tills so as little interaction as possible is required with lazy unprofessional staff.
