   Selina and her team at Qualco are absolutely fantastic! I'm extremely impressed with them and Qualco. They managed to fit our cat, Lumi, in very last minute after an unexpected trip to the vet's the evening before a holiday (typical, ain't it!). Selina and the team were so kind and accommodating with us and cared for Lumi very attentively, expertly managing all the required medications. They also sent us regular pics of Lumi and updates on her progress via WhatsApp. We returned to a happy and fully healed kittycat. I'd highly recommend Qualco to anyone! (And a lil extra bonus; previously Lumi hadn't been very affectionate with my wife or my daughter. She seemed to have a preference for the men of the family only. But after her stay with Selina she's suddenly much more affectionate with the ladies as well now, coming for 'girl time' cuddles often. We all think that's thanks to Selina being really hands on with Lumi and offering lots of strokes and cuddles. Thanks so much, Selina!).
