   Took our great dane for her first stay away from home.She is 4 years old.Our 10 year old lab went also for his 2nd trip away from home.They were looked after fantasticly well.The staff are so good and listen to and remember all your requests and requirements.Could not recommend these kennels more highly.

   My dog GSD stayed on Mothers day weekend March 2025. Cruise seemed to have settled in well and came home happy , I felt so relaxed on the pre visit a month before and on the day and pick up the staff were amazing and they kept me informed he had settled via email and put this anxious fur mamma at ease would 100% use again. In fact Cruise will see you all again in July 2025 if not before . Thank you Cruise and Marie

   We took our dog here for a 6 night stay while we went away. I was very nervous at first but as soon as I arrived with him, the staff were amazing, very friendly and immediately formed a bond with him. When I picked him up, all the staff were telling me how much they all loved him and were able to tell me a lot of information about his stay. He had been on lots of walks each day and sounds like he got plenty of attention. When we were leaving, it was as if he hadn’t left us, he just treated it like it was completely normal which was amazing, he seemed to be very happy. I’ve already booked him in again for May.

   Excellent Kennels, staff professional and friendly. Willow (German Shepherd / Collie Cross) has been coming to these Kennels on/off for past 12 months and loves the attention she gets from the staff - she is well looked after and wags her tail every time take her there. Would not take my dog any other place to stay over.

   I can’t rate this kennels highly enough. My Mum was suddenly taken ill and we had to quickly find a home for her elderly dog: the kennels jumped into action - helping us get her there when we were dealing with Mum. She then had a long, and very happy, stay with the team who looked after her with care and affection and kept us updated. They also helped us find a new home when that sadly became necessary. A very good team.

   I wouldn't leave my beloved dogs with anyone else the staff are so lovely they truly love their job and of course the animals I have used Fernilea for about 5 years now and would highly recommend them like most dog owners I was very apprehensive about leaving my babies but from the first time I knew I had found a place that I feel safe leaving them ♥️
