   Katie has looked after my dog Louie since he was a puppy for walks, daycare and boarding and has been a godsend! Louie goes on trips to the beach, tons of different walks and has even been taken to a dog friendly pool. Louie hears her car coming down the road and happy dances behind the door before she arrives and never wants to come home. Katie is extremely professional, knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to ensure the dogs are safe and happy. The bonus is she takes the best photos and videos, so we can see what an amazing time he is having. We would be totally lost without her and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

She is amazing with Kobi, he adores her and it completely puts my mind at rest knowing she's not only taking care of Kobi but also trusted with our house key.    Katie is a doggy guardain angel. I don't think I'd trust Max with anyone else. Max adores her and all his new buddies he's made at daycare. I love the fact we get daily updates with a raft of photos of the dogs daily activities and updates. He comes back knackered every time after a day full of fun and adventures. He's been with Katie from being a young pup and I credit her for helping him being so socialbe and playful with other dogs. Definitely the best decision we made contacting Katie for daycare.

   Katie is fantastic & I would definitely reccomend to others. Rosie loves going, to the point where she darts out the house and is jumping up at Katies van trying to get in! Brilliant pet service, we wouldn't use anyone else.

   I wasn't going to leave a review but as I have now tried to find a new day care / dog sitter who wouldn't take us as we had "fallen out" with Katie I feel like people should know we don't allow her to look after our dog anymore .. (my partner cannot do this review as she has been blocked from the page.) Katie came for our dog in the morning he was the first pickup , I went with her to the van (normally she would collect him from inside the building ) She placed my dog in a cage that had faeces in ... I don't know why but I didn't say anything as I was shocked , I thought about it all day and in the evening I asked her , she got quite aggressive and said it was not faeces and that it was sick !!!!! ... This is just as bad it carries just as many germs .. Either way it was not acceptable and rather than just calming the situation argued with me .I am not unreasonable and understand that maybe she was running late (which sadly was another problem we found on a regular basis) or had missed the cage and would have accepted that as a reason as we are only human and can make mistakes .. but no she argued .. so even though our little dog enjoyed his time out I cannot send him there anymore as I do not agree that my dog should lie in sick or faeces and that I should be answered back to after looking after my dogs best interests . This did happen a few months ago and as I said I wasn't going to write a review. However, having tried to find a new sitter, who before I told them my dogs name...already knew it, and that we had dealt with Katie before and also knew we had had issues with Katie. So I now feel like we have been talked/gossiped about on a group chat that all the local dog sitters are on (that another sitters has told us about). So due to the lack of hygiene in Katie's van and the fact we have been blacklisted , we are the ones who suffer as we cant use any local people. God knows what has been said about us .

   I have complete trust in Katie, she truly cares and has the well-being of each animal she cares for at heart. This cannot be said of all pet sitters. My cats have been happy and content in her care and they haven’t been stressed when we have been away on holiday. I cannot recommend Katie enough .

   I have 4 dogs and have used Katie’s pet care a couple of times for over night stays while I’ve been away. Brilliant service , sends photos and video updates if wanted. Good price and have booked again. Highly recommended!
