   Today I took our very nervous 3 year old rescue dog for his first bath. Hilary was amazing with him. She is so caring and patient. We thought that he'd be stressed but Hilary calmness obviously rubbed off on him and he took to it like a pro! He doesn't like loud noises so she used the drying cabinet instead of the usual dryer and he was so relaxed that he curled up and almost fell asleep. Thank you Hilary you really are amazing at your job :))

   I took my puppy here for her first ever grooming and my pup was very, very difficult. Even biting. But she let me sit and and watch her. And she spent well over 2 hours grooming my dog being very caring and careful to make sure my pup had a good first experience and she looked amazing afterwards. I would recommend this lady to anyone and everyone. She is amazing and a true animal lover. She takes pride in her work and makes sure every dog has a good experience. She even works at the front of her shop in a window so no taking your dog to a back room and not knowing how your puppy may be treated behind closed doors.

   Have taken our dog to Furry Tails dog groomers for the last 5 years, ever since he was a pup. He's cut exactly to our specifications and when we come to collect, he's wagging his tail with glee and smells wonderful. Cannot recommend Furry Tails enough.
