My boy Jack Dog is such a lively little man but turns into a little scaredy cat when it’s grooming time. Lauren is so good and so patient. He comes away looking and smelling gorgeous. So glad I found her. I can recommend her to anyone.
Lauren's a really lovely lady, took care with our lab, he's a bit of handful but she was excellent. Thank you for turning our mucky pup into a dapper gentleman.
I took my very anxious retriever in for the first time today. He’s a big, daft, scaredy dog. Lauren was amazing with him (and me. She put my own mind at ease) and has done a wonderful groom. He looks very handsome. He’s definitely going back again.
