   Bernese Mountain Dog Our Bernese had the best pamper session here for the 2nd time! The team were so kind, patient, and clearly experienced. He came home looking and smelling amazing, and most importantly, happy and relaxed. His coat was beautifully done and you could tell he was really well cared for throughout. We’re so pleased with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Parkview Dog Grooming to anyone looking for a professional, friendly groomer. We will definitely come back again next year!

   Amazing service and lovely groom for our large dog. Have already booked future appointments as I now wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. The cut was exactly what I asked for, and we opted for a luxury shampoo and blueberry facial treatment for our pampered pooch. Thank you so much x

   we used Parkview once before and they did a great job exactly how we asked, However on the 2nd visit I dropped off our dog and explained to them that I did not want our dog to be shaved, I explained that she had a couple of little knots but nothing severe, They had my number but instead they chose to call my daughter and explain to her that there was severe matting which is nonsense she had one on the back of her neck and a couple of little ones on her legs...... They explained to my daughter that the dog had to be shaved and being mild mannered girl she agreed to it, they really should have called me and not sure why they called my daughter as I had given them my number when I dropped off our dog. As for shaving our pet this is an understatement and she came back looking like she had been shaved with sheep clippers and it was ridiculous how short they had cut her and totally unnecessary. I have to also say I should have had alarm bells ringing when I dropped her off as there were 3 other dogs on the grooming tables that all looked very very short.... As mentioned above I did specifically tell them that I did not want our pet shaving something that was clearly never going to happen... On a separate issue I have to also mention that it is the most expensive groomers I have ever been to £46 for a dog that is less than 5kg... I have no issue paying up for a job well done but this was simple a shave and go.... I dropped her off at 3pm and was called at 4.25pm to come and collect her. Most groomers take at least 2 hours so all in all a terrible experience.....

   Had a really poor experience elsewhere resulting in my 1 year old cockapoos looking like poodles. The team at Park View have worked hard to get them looking right again. Thank you so much for 'fixing' my doggies. They had a lovely time and smelled amazing. The cute little bandana was a nice touch There were no issues when i picked them up, they seemed to have been very well looked after, the salon was excpetionally clean and tidy and the staff were really friendly. Will definitely not be going anywhere else other than Park View in future. Thank you

   Staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. Took our rescue dog there for grooming but unfortunately, he's not great with water, due to possible previous experiences. Staff were straight in contact and I went back, they completed the rest of the grooming required whilst I was there. Gave me some great tips to try and get him used to it. We will definitely be taking him back there in the future.

   Always use Parkview Dog Grooming for my fur babies. The staff are very professional, friendly and welcoming. Our dogs have been going since puppies to get them use to the washing and grooming. They love it go in wagging their tails and they always look beautiful and smell beautiful when they come out. Would highly recommend them.
