   (Expand for the full story…) We went for the first time to get my dog’s teeth cleaned a few months ago and Chloe was brilliant with him - super patient, gentle and gave him time to adjust to the cleaning. This included pausing regularly when my dog would move his head away showing some discomfort. We returned this week and Wioletta cleaned my dog’s teeth. We were (again, similar to last time) sat in the car waiting and watching through the window. I felt so uncomfortable seeing how my dog kept moving his head away to try and get Wioletta to stop and Wioletta continuously grabbed his face with no pause. We ended up returning and asked her to stop after this continued for 20 minutes. I would have been fine if his teeth weren’t cleaned perfectly but the way she showed no patience or gentleness with my dog made me really upset. We certainly won’t be returning, and I would urge anyone who takes their dog there to watch carefully in case their dog is uncomfortable/distressed. Wioletta shared that she had security cameras in the shop, so I would suggest that she rewatches the way she rammed the brush in my dogs mouth with no breaks or pauses when he showed discomfort. It’s disappointing when you trust someone to be gentle and kind to your fur baby, and they let you down massively.

   I had a beautiful cocker spaniel with lovely feathering. I texted instructions to trim the feathering and emphasised this when I took her. I told her how important the feathering was. When I came to collect my dog, she cut them off completely and she looked a mess. It will take ages for the feathers to grow back.I am not sure that she understands dog breeds and how they and how they should look, nor do I think she understood my instructions. I would not recommend All4Dogs. Sorry.

   My dog Pepe had a full groom with wioletta she has done an amazing job with him. He is a really nervous dog and she made sure he felt in a safe environment. He smells beautiful and to top it off came home with a cute little neck scarf. I would highly recommend and Pepe will be returning xx
