Never used a wash station before but it was so much easier than bathing at home, will definitely go again
The girl shaved my westie all over, looks absolutely awful, his ears have been nipped at the back and sides do not match. My usual groomers has finished due to ill health. This groomers hasn't a clue, said he was knotted. In all his 8 years, including lockdown, never did a groomers shave him.
Excellent service and very professional. Used the self service dog wash, they fully explained everything and they provide all the stuff that you need. The place was immaculate. The only down side was having my noodle brained dog acting like a total sausage. I'll definitely use here again.
Fitted me and Chip in at short notice. First time using the self service Dog wash station. The lady explained very clearly.They supply everything you need to wash your dog safely. And keep you dry while your washing your dog . They have a loyalty scheme. Every 4th wash free. Will definitely be back soon

Was using them up to last December 2022 tried to book another appointment for both my dogs but no reply from my phone call and text message now in February 2023 and no joy

We used the self service dog wash for our rescue dog and it couldn't have been easier. Everything we needed from shampoo and conditioner to towels and even aprons to keep us dry were provided. The staff were lovely and really helpful. We'll def be back.
I went to this place on Wednesday after a short notice and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I was very happy with the service , I really recommend The Furry Dogmother !
