We've been to Lisa a few times now and we're always really happy with how she grooms our wavy-haired cavapoo. He comes out looking super-smart and handsome, and smelling lovely! Our dog is quite nervous too, but Lisa is great with him and he always comes out more relaxed than he went in!
I would like to thank Lisa who is such a lovely caring lady, who provided a brilliant caring customer service when I visted her yesterday with my Yorkie Poo 'Popsie'. Both my fur babies were groomed by Lisa today, they are getting on in age and one of then is very nervous, the other can be very demanding and willful. They immediately took to her, they could obviously sense she's a dog lover. They came home so happy and looking beautiful and smelling beautiful too They will definitely be going to Lisa again and I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs their dogs grooming to a high standard Many thanks to you Lisa
If I could give her a zero I would. Please do your homework and check history of woman on Liverpool Echo and The Guardian and previous names of her dog grooming and minding services! Also she is not registered with council which is illegal
Had our cocker trimmed by Lisa and was delighted with the cut , she looks amazing and done In super quick time
Wow I am so happy with Archies grooming experience today! Lisa took the time to get to know Archie and listened to my advice on what he does and doesn't like etc. Archie is a rescue dog and has been mistreated in the past so it is very important for me to know he is looked after properly. My friend recommended Lisa and I am so pleased she did. I have just picked up a very happy calm and handsome dog ! Already booked in for his next session. Really nice lady, very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately the groom was poor, my dog was still damp and he has been shedding loads of hair since I’ve got him home. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, however this is how I found the service…
We have two very nervous 10 month old puppies, they can be hyper. We arranged to have them groomed at Pretty Paws as she boasts she can deal with nervous dogs but she cant. She had our dogs for 2 1/2 hours during which time they were washed. But they hadn't been groomed. She phoned to say they were hyper , which she was advised of when we booked .Not a problem she said . We collected them. Their coats had been brushed flat. Looked ok. As the day wore in their coats started to look as if they hadn't been cut . Indeed, they hadn't . Not a snip. She had the gall to charge us £70.00 for a service she FAILED to complete. I know she has a few satisfied customers . But I would not recommend her if you have a highly strung nervous dog . She can't cope. Disappointed and angry .Overcharged and ripped off .
