   Thank you very much to Cord and Acl, from the very start you have been kind and professional. We were at a loss what to do as Quilter had already declined our claim against them and Dolphin investments, mis sold to us by our financial provider and who we thought was a family friend Delwyn Davies. Cord was always friendly and we never felt a burden or inconvenience during the whole time we needed her help. I am glad to say Cord contacted The financial Ombudsman and we won the claim.    I see that ACL Consulting already has a 5/5 rating but I would like to add my 5 Stars. If you have any pension mis-selling or failed investment issues, Cord (Cordula Lenehan) is THE person to go to. She cares and is generous with her time. She is certainly not one who just goes for the money. Her fee of 12.5% of any payout is extremely reasonable. And, she has the experience. Unfortunately for me, I had already signed up with another claims management company when I found her --she had posted valuable information about a failed investment on our Facebook group, without asking for people to sign up to her firm, a rarity in this business. When I contacted her, she was very helpful, even though I wasn't her client. Subsequently, I have asked her to look at a pension transfer issue, and although she couldn't help in the end (because of the particulars of the case), she took the time to explain everything. She is always busy, but she has made time to take my call if I have any questions. I almost wish I had other cases I could give to her to resolve -- I'm such a fan of Cord! In all the nastiness and pain of pensions misselling and failed investments, Cord is a rare find -- a professional with high standards and humanity.
