   Awful experience with Lyndsay. Did not secure the mortgage we wanted, too late to rectify as would have lost the house, lost over £5k due to this. Errors on Lyndsay's end. No apology. Requested case file several times which was ignored. Would not recommend. Agreed a refund of £495. Still £5k down. DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH HER VIA IMESSAGE as unless you save these as you go yourself you will not be able to retrieve them. Unprofessional and others have had similar experiences.
