   When you don't know much about financial investments, you need someone reliable who is going to make time for you, answer your questions and reassure you. This is the service I received from Ed and, previously from Jacob. Ed had carefully prepared our last meeting, bearing in mind all my requirements and incertitude. No question felt like a stupid question. Ed gave me time to think about all different options, left the decision to me but still reassured me about that decision. Ed is always only an email away, which has proved invaluable when I received paperwork to fill in, which, although was written in English, did not make much sense to me.
