We would just like to express our thoughts on the visit of Tom Hoban on March 4th 2022. This was our first face to face meeting with Tom, however prior to this, he had been very thorough and positive in his emails and telephone conversations with us. He arrived exactly at the appointed time, smartly attired with shiny shoes. He immediately made us feel at ease with his easy going manner. The 2 hours we spent with him seemed to go very quickly. He went through all aspects of our finances and seemed immediately to understand what we were looking to achieve with our investments. He didn’t bamboozle us with facts and figures, but explained everything clearly, and made us feel confident that the Fund Mangers at SJP have our best interests when it comes to investing our hard earned money. He did not try to pressurize us to buy other products, but made us realize that the spare capital we had could work better for us if we invested some of it in an ISA. Again he didn’t hassle us to make a decision on the day, but gave us time to discuss it between ourselves and to come back to us at a later date. After some consideration, we have decided to go ahead and purchase the ISA, and again true to the time frame, he has contacted us via email to get our thoughts and give us some dates for meeting up to arrange to set up the ISA. Tom has made us feel confident that in these trouble times, our money is being well protected, as he demonstrated with visual charts, that during the fluctuating market, although our money took a bit of a nose dive, we have come out on top again and are still in profit. Tom is a credit to himself and your company, and we would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and colleagues. Please pass our comments onto Tom.
Excellent customer service was received from Brandon Mawson during the registration process of Trust Bonds with HMRC which I undertook on behalf of my 82yr old Mum. Brandon was efficient and most helpful at all times; he kept me fully informed, replied to emails and phone calls promptly and sought out required information from Trusts which were transferred to SJP from a different supplier. I cannot express enough how grateful I was for Brandon's reassurance and guidance throughout this process and most of all his patience and kindness.
