From start to finish, he’s been amazing — patient, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me get my mortgage sorted I even had a visa issue and the bank suddenly started causing problems, but she handled it like a pro. She stayed in constant contact with the Bellway sales team, explaining my situation and convincing them to extend the exchange deadline until everything was resolved.    Danielle is nothing short of amazing. Recently seeking advice on a lifetime mortgage.  We as family spoke with Danielle,  she explained in exceptional detail the products available and how this would affect inheritance ect. She explained every detail in a complete non jargon manner, making sure every family member present completely understood every scenario possible. This was done in such a way that made everyone involved feel utterly comfortable and relaxed, whilst knowing because of her exceptional professionalism you were in safe hands. Her communication at every step is above and beyond. If we had a question she was always there to answer. I really dont know how she does it, but with Danielle's attention to detail, she makes you feel like you are her only client,  knowing that with her talent , she must have numerous clients she deals on a daily basis.
