   Very very unprofessional! The problem is with next door but needed to check our premises for metring works agreed a time but came early and broke the door in to let them selves in without notifying me. We are helping you out in the first place we’re not the one in debt to you! If it’s an agreed time then it’s an agreed time you should wait even if you are early. Would like to complain about these unprofessional procedures

   @BESUtilitiesUK disgraceful company, they removed the electric meter (shared meter) and left the tenant without electricity to use his kidney dialysis machine. Had to be rushed to hospital. Customer service is atrocious. Acted illegally and morally corrupt company. we are now taking legal advice. AVOID

   I spoke to these guys for the first time after receiving a letter. I spoke politely to what can only be described as a "jumped-up aggressive man". He wouldn't listed to me and you would think i personally owed him some money or something. Rude, unprofessional and aggressive.

   The most rude, unprofessional people I ever spoken too,trying to resolve a problem. The respones I got were oh my gosh how many times do I have to explain this and what person calls up four months after to sort it out. I would not even give a start, Anna and Andrew you need training, how Anna became a manager I do not know disgusting uncompassoiant. I am a person who has just lost three people since Christmas and is not very well!
