   Had a meeting with an advisor on the back of a recommendation by my former employer. Huge waste of time, the advisor couldn't seem to get his head around someone who is self-employed and aiming for a 'phased' retirement rather than a single date. Said he'd send through a report & some links to relevant products/resources, but nothing ever arrived. I couldn't recommend them as they didn't really do anything for me at all.

   Appalling. Atrocious company to deal with and very unprofessional. My mothers money was trusted to them to look after after she was given a terminal diagnosis. They did not advise her correctly before her passing regarding keeping money/assets aside for inheritance tax purposes etc. Refused to pay the inheritance tax amount out of the sum of HER money that they kept. Took an incredible length of time and a lot of chasing to finally get the money from them. Would strongly avoid using this company.

   I have used their services before and since retiring. I have been very pleased with the returns and when withdrawing funds customer service has been spot on. The advisors have been particularly helpful.

   There appears to be some good people there but a largely rude and unprofessional organisation with not the best rep. Investments have severely dipped before the pandemic after transferring from SJ, the charges & fees are shocking and I have already taken steps to move away from this very unprofessional firm.

   Absolutely shocking! We invested £20,000 into my wife’s ISA which they invested it into mine by mistake. Their blasé attitude towards THEIR mistake was appalling, stating that we had a joint account so it didn't matter! (We didn't have a joint account and it did matter) After constant phone calls to them, it took nearly 5 months to transfer the money out....... plus they managed to make a loss despite the financial market doing well. Still awaiting a response after complaining. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole Only gave 1 star as it would let me give it zero
