Having had Abacus run my LTD company account for several years, I can highly recommend you look elsewhere. This is in relation to Anna Roberts who was truly incompetent, made many errors on my accounts which my new accountants are having to rectify, at the time she would ignore emails and messages I sent her, would lie about when things would be done and would take months to respond to any queries. The work she did on my account was shocking and overlooked many issues. The new accountant makes me realise just how bad my services here were, I pay less now for a far superior service. Also, when attempting to move accountants they ignored all communication to assist in the process which reflects their unprofessionalism.
