I decided to put all my pensions together in one pot so I need the right advice, and lots of help to do this, this company and the personal were outstanding, and yes I would definitely recommend them, just want to say thanks again to all of them, it’s been a delight to get to know them.

We can not recommend this company enough! From the initial consultation with Craig we instantly knew our pensions were in safe hands. Belgrave Wincham were one of the IFA's recommended from 'Unbiased'. I tried another first, due to their proximity, but didn't feel comfortable. Having left it a while I contacted Belgrave Wincham by email in December 2021. A couple of days later I spoke with Tom, who listened to my questions, assessed our situation, understood our concerns, explained some facts and proferred some solutions. I was surprised to experience such professionalism, honesty, knowledge and advice packaged so nicely and freely. Due to matters beyond my control I didn't make contact again until April 2022, when I called and spoke to Beth. Again the same helpful experience. Having dealt with other financial organisations and received poor customer care and service, this was an absolute pleasure. I felt confident that I could discuss my family's situation and be dealt with helpfully and professionally. A meeting was arranged with Craig Roberts for the free initial discussion between myself, my mother and Craig. My mother and I travelled to the office in Wrexham and were met by Beth. We were made comfortable with drinks and biscuits in a meeting room whereupon Craig came in. Following introductions, discussion took place about our perceived issues and concerns, illustrated with figures in a spreadsheet I had compiled. Craig demonstrated his knowledge, explained the situation to us clearly, openly, honestly and extremely professionally. There was just one item needed for Craig to base his recommendations on, but, he thought there would be no need for me to engage his professional services at this time. Craig made us feel assured and comfortable with our financial situation. I emailed the information Craig required and there commenced a phone discussion a few days later. I don't need to go into my personal details, but, at every juncture Belgrave Wincham have been respectful, helpful, knowledgeable, informed, professional and above all customer focussed. An absolute pleasure to deal with. I take great pleaure recommending Belgrave Wincham. I have done so already to a couple of friends. Their service for me was definitely 5 star. excellent service Brilliant, great service and advice from all, especially from Tom. Advice was just right for me, done over zoom and dumbed in down to my language, but making sure that I understood this. wouldn't say that he stuck to time schedule but excelled in this. Gave me time dead lines, but my pensions were dealt with quicker than quoted. kept me informed promptly and regularly right up to the end. Replied to my emails promptly.
